My mom loves watching the Great British Bake Off on Netflix.  And she loves to bake and cook a lot of things as well.  So she submitted one of her recent bakes to the Great British Bake Off website.  And her bake got featured on the website!  My mom made a Yuletide Log.  It took her over four hours to make, and it was her first attempt making this.

She made the Yuletide Log from inspiration from watching the show.  And a big tip for making this, make the roll the day before and cool it in the fridge.
