This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.
Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at: https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines
If you are anything like us, Anchorman is one of your favorite comedies of all time. It’s ridiculous, it’s endlessly quotable, and it has one of the best comedy ensembles of our generation. So we cooked up a super fun game, named it Improper Teleprompter, and we asked Hollywood if they would let us make it. They said yes! So here it is!
We could really use your help! While Anchorman is a huge movie filled with some of the greatest comedic geniuses in Hollywood….we are just a three-person team that makes party games for a living. Kickstarter is the best way for us to gather the funding and support to get this made, without having to take on crippling debt that could lead to the surrender of our children. You get it!
The funds will be used to pay our artists, get production started, and make sure that we make the game as high-quality as possible.
As of February 27th, this project has raised $18,000 of their $35,000 goal. This project has 21 days left to raise the $35,000 or it will not be funded. For a pledge of $1, you will get project updates. For a pledge of $26, you will get one copy of the game.
