SpaceX Sent Up A Tesla Roadster With An Astronaut Mannequin Into Space

SpaceX had a great launch this week!  They launched their latest Falcon Heavy rocket with a special surprise.  Elon Musk sent up a Tesla Roadster with a dummy astronaut at the wheel.  The car was blasting David Bowie’s “Life on Mars,” and is cruising towards the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.  Here is the video of the launch.

The mannequin dressed in a SpaceX spacesuit is nicknamed “Starman.”  And the car could survive the asteroid belt, if it does, and some other lifeforms out there in space discovers this car, they will see this inside the car.
