I want to talk about what one person emailed me. This person said:

You believe you’re constantly being bullied, that you’re the world’s perfect victim, when in reality it could be a wakeup call. Why are you getting bullied? There must be a reason. It could be because you’re a fat lard with no life. It could be because of your unhealthy habits and lack of hygiene or even a sense of style. Honestly, I think your tasteless and repetitive writing is a big part of it. You seem so self entered and entitled. To think I actually got on your FB friends list. I hope I never have the displeasure of meeting you in person. Clean your life up if you’re going to be so public about it.

Bless Your Heart.

Yes, someone said I am actually a fat lard with no life. And I love how this person said I have a lack of hygiene and a sense of style. I have had thousands of comments from people bullying me because of my sense of style.

I like living a basic life, and this includes the clothes I wear. Autistic people generally prefer to wear loose-fitting clothing. And I am one of those autistic people. Throughout my life, I have always preferred to wear loose-fitting shirts. I hate shirts with collars! I just do not like the feeling of collars around my neck.

So I prefer to wear basic shirts that are loose-fitting, made with breathable materials, and have a pocket on the front so I can put my phone in it. Having that pocket on the front of the shirt is very convenient so I can quickly pull out my phone to take photos or videos of anything.

I do not like keeping my phone in my pants pocket, because I have damaged and broken phones that way before.

As for pants. I prefer to wear loose-fitting jeans or shorts. I do not like wearing dress pants, or khaki pants. I prefer to wear basic jeans, or most of the time shorts. The reason why I like to wear shorts is because it helps my body and skin breathe especially during the summer months.

And I’ve had plenty of comments from people talking about the look of my hair and my face. Sorry, my hair is oily. I take showers and wash my hair. I just like to be basic and only use shampoo for my hair. I do not like to use hair products that would improve the look of my hair. I have tried them and I have never liked it!

And most autistic people including myself are in the same boat. As for my face, I do let my beard stubble grow out a little bit before I shave. Two reasons for that, my face has extremely sensitive skin that can cut very easily when I shave. And two, I often struggle with ingrown hairs that cause pimples. So I let the hair grow out a little bit to prevent pimples from happening.

A little beard stubble is not going to hurt anybody!

This is a big reason why I have shut off the comments on most of my social media profiles.

Way too many people were commenting on my looks in an extremely negative way.

Autistic people in general like to live basic lives!

They don’t want to spend forever using too many different products to make their looks great.

We just want to do the basic efforts needed and go on with our day.

Maybe that’s a reason why there is major hatred against autistic people?
