These are soft, chewy, and rich—almost like a brownie in cookie form. Whether you love a big burst of peppermint or prefer a subtle mocha flavor, these cookies are perfect for your holiday dessert tray.
We had some late-night baking sessions with the Kitchen Helpers (the huskies!) and even did a taste test comparison between the full peppermint version and a modified version for Jamie. These are super easy to whip up, though they do require a little patience while the dough chills!
