Employees and former employees of local ambulance service allege wrongdoings by leader Tom Dixon. Some claim to have been retaliated against, causing others to fear speaking out. The city of Oxford firefighters have been stripped of their equipment and voice, causing further alienation and isolation between departments.
Numerous attempts were made to obtain a response to the allegations, but no response was given. We will continue to follow this story closely and look forward to constructive dialogue.
