It’s no secret amongst our viewers that my Italian wife isn’t a fan of frozen junk food, such as Totino’s Pizza Rolls, Hot Pockets, and the like. I realized, though, that most of them are *in theory* dishes that she would probably really enjoy if they were made in a slightly different way.

Her challenge today? Remake American frozen junk food… Italian style!
