Yes, a few restaurants in Alabama does have a food challenge.  And at Saucy Q Bar B Que in Mobile, Alabama, they have the Saucy Q’s BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich Challenge.  Randy Santel went to attempt this challenge.  The challenge consists of:

• 2.5 lbs of juicy pulled pork are served on a giant 1 lb bun.
• 1 lb of creamy coleslaw and 1 lb of their special BBQ sauce.
• There is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything.
• Please call ahead to make sure they have a bun in stock.
• Prizes – Free Meal, Free sweet t-shirt, and Wall of Fame!!
