This is a great discussion for sure!  The YouTube series from First We Feast called Hot Ones landed the number one guest they always wanted.  For the season eight premiere, they got star chef Gordon Ramsay to eat hot chicken wings!  And man, this was one great episode.  Gordon Ramsay swears a lot, and tries some interesting tricks to beat back the heat from the sauces.  Does donuts, lemon and lime juice, and even Pepto Bismol work to combat the spicy?  It does not seem like it, and watching Gordon Ramsay suffer was interesting to watch.
