Yeah, the images and videos are grimm.  Imagine you waiting at a red light and suddenly a concrete bridge falls on top of you and kills you instantly.  It’s horrible, and many feel like someone must be held accountable for this.  The YouTube channel AvE talks about that doomed bridge and the engineering behind it.  There are two long videos and both provide some great insights.
