I found this on YouTube and it is worth a big share!  Amtrak’s Crescent route runs from New Orleans to New York City and is currently the only Amtrak route running through Alabama.  The German news network Deutsche Welle or DW produced a video for their DW Documentary series profiling the Crescent and American history you can find along the route.  In Alabama, Tannehill State Park and the civil rights movement or what was called “Bombingham” in the Birmingham Metro are profiled and featured.
