Music Thursdays: The Top Weird Al Yankovic Music Videos

On this Music Thursdays, on a Friday, still trying to catch up from the winter storm this week, I am going to talk about Weird Al Yankovic, who is an American singer-songwriter, musician, parodist, record producer, satirist, music video director, film producer, actor, and author. Yankovic is known for his humorous songs that make light of popular culture and often parody specific songs by contemporary musical acts. Since his first-aired comedy song in 1976, he has sold more than 12 million albums (as of 2007), recorded more than 150 parody and original songs, and has performed more than 1,000 live shows.

His works have earned him three Grammy Awards and a further 11 nominations, four gold records, and six platinum records in the United States. And this Saturday, Weird Al Yankovic will be guest starring on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic as a pony called Cheese Sandwich. I have already seen the episode and it is very good! Weird Al does a fantastic job voicing his character, so what happens when two party ponies try to throw a party for Rainbow Dash, watch this Saturday at 9:30 am Central on the Hub Network.
