March 23-25 — FreeCon 14 — Tallahassee, Florida

FreeCon is Tallahassee’s original anime, video-game, and enthusiast convention. Originally stemming from the brilliant minds of the Japanese Animation Club of Tallahassee, it is our mission to have a fun and exciting convention for everyone. With nearly 2,000 attendees this past year, FreeCon is well known not only on the campus of Florida State University, but all over Florida. Attendance is free for all!

March 24-25 — Alabama Comic Con — Birmingham, Alabama

Alabama Comic Con is a two day event being held at the Birmingham–Jefferson Convention Complex (2100 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. N., Birmingham, AL 35203) and will bring together a diverse list of guests, vendors, artists, and fan groups, in an affordable, family friendly environment.  Guests include Marina Sirtis, Jeremy Bulloch, Jason David Frank, Veronica Taylor, and more.  Major events include a cosplay contest.
