I saw numerous people wearing balloon sculptures on their heads at the festival. And on Saturday I saw who was doing this. Darrell Osborn or Dr. Osborn claims to be a mad scientist who does balloon sculpting, magic shows, juggling, comedy, puppets, and many other things. And when David and Caitlyn saw him making the balloon animals they had to ask. David got a possum made while Caitlyn got a frog made. And yes everyone did have a good time.
