Hello everyone, my name is Letbia Rejón and today I’m here to present to you an entirely new kind project to bring to life: The Special Collection Cookbooks! This year will, once again, have a little twist! This collection will include not one, but FOUR books, each with different kinds of dishes, the collection will include the following:
- Salsas & Moles Masterclass: A focused guide on perfecting classic Mexican sauces, from everyday table salsas to complex moles.
- Plant-Based Mexican Food: A collection of traditional Mexican dishes adapted for vegetarian and vegan diets, while staying true to their roots.
- Festive Feasts of Mexico: Recipes for holidays and celebrations, showcasing the dishes that make Mexican gatherings unique.
- Breakfast in Mexico: A book solely dedicated to Mexican morning meals, from tamales and huevos rancheros, to sweet breads and café de olla.
Unlike previous campaigns, if this campaign somehow manages to reach $50,000 or more I’m gonna include a 5th book! Which is:
- Ancient Mexican Flavors: A historical exploration of pre-Hispanic ingredients and recipes, updated for the modern kitchen.
This book would be completely different from what I’ve done in the past, not only will it include amazing recipes from the past, but it will also explain the history behind them! However, it does take a lot of work, which is why it would only be possible if the campaign reaches that mentioned amount.
