Crowdsourcing Mornings: SCP D-Classified

Advertisements

This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at: https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines

The SCP Foundation (Secure. Contain. Protect.) is a global organization with the purpose of tracking down, capturing, and containing anomalous and supernatural persons, entities, objects, and locations. Entities are given a designation number, cataloged, and categorized in the files of the Foundation primarily based on their difficulty to contain and the threat they pose to the human race.

Our film focuses on the story of Omar Minhaj, a D-class personnel in the Foundation’s custody unable to remember many details of the life he led before his imprisonment. As he undergoes testing with a number of SCPs, he slowly begins to piece together his past and what role he serves to play in the potentially nefarious plots of the Foundation and other key person(s) of interest.

As of January 15th, this project has raised $250 of their $1,600 goal. This project has 10 days left to raise the $1,600 or it will not be funded. For a pledge of $1, you will get project updates.  For a pledge of $10, you will get a Kickstarter backer credit.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1861735294/scp-d-classified?
