The Guild: Ren Faire’d will bring back the original cast: Amy Okuda, Jeff Lewis, Robin Thorsen, Vince Caso, Sandeen Parikh, and Felicia Day, reprising their roles as the Knights of Good, embarking on an adventure rarely seen in big-budget Hollywood movies: a Renaissance Faire. The movie, much like the original series, will be independently produced by creator Felicia Day alongside the Kickstarter campaign funding.
The campaign includes not just digital and physical copies of the movie, but other accessories and peripheral material from The Guild. This includes The Guild comic book omnibus, an official D&D setting book by Hitpoint Press, pins, signed posters and scripts by the cast and crew, and a tie-in card game by Cyanide & Happiness and Scrungo Games.
