Hurricane Florence is about to make landfall in the Carolinas. This major hurricane will bring high winds, extreme storm surge, and lots of inland flooding. State officials have told those living along the coast to evacuate. And many are listening to those warnings. Interstate 26 from Charleston to Columbia is all going in one direction westbound or north towards the mountains. All lanes were contraflowed going in one direction. Trooper Bob caught the beginning of the contraflow traffic on the eastbound lanes. It’s weird to see all traffic going in one direction on both sides.
