Look, I would like to see Joe Biden stay in the race. He has done a lot of accomplishments in his 4 years in office. Yes, he is over 80 years old. And Trump is also almost 80 years old himself. We know Joe Biden had a terrible debate last week, and he’s still trying to recover from it. I wanted to offer some advice to Joe Biden.
First, you must do live TV interviews. Yes, I saw that Biden was going to do an interview with ABC News on Friday. My question is, why is this interview not being done live? You know ABC could easily schedule a live TV interview on Sunday evening coast to coast. They do this with American Idol, so why not an interview with the president?
Since this interview is going to be recorded, the right wingers are going to accuse ABC News that the interview was chopped up and edited to make Biden look good. You know that’s what’s going to happen.
Because the Republicans have this massive right-wing media ecosystem, they are going to take Snippets from this interview to make Biden look bad. So I hope the Democrats are prepared to defend Biden after this interview airs on TV.
And second, Biden must ditch the teleprompter. Every event Biden does from now on cannot include a teleprompter. Yes, I know people like to use a teleprompter to help give their speeches. But to shut up the right wingers, Biden must give speeches without the help of a teleprompter.
Heck, when Biden accepts the Democrat nomination at the Democratic National Convention in August. He should go on stage, pick up a broken teleprompter, and throw it off the stage. And give his speech without the help of a teleprompter.
Yes, Trump likes to use a teleprompter as well. But if you’ve noticed, Trump repeatedly goes off-script during his speeches. I would say using a teleprompter is a cheap way out to not remembering what you’re going to say accurately.
If I can stand on stage and give speeches just based off my memory, Biden can do this as well. He’s going to have to; to prove to everyone that he has the perfect memory and brainpower to perform his job as President of the United States.
