Buffets are often a game of quantity over quality. Shady Maple Smorgasbord miraculously achieves both. Located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the massive complex often feeds upwards of 10,000 people a day. 275 feet of buffets, 70 hot items, 40 salad items, 40 desserts, and 70 drinks make for quite the experience.
But the most remarkable thing is how Shady Maple operates. It’s a family-owned business that spans generations, rooted in tradition and its surrounding farmland. Family recipes, local produce, and made-from-scratch philosophies makes Shady Maple more than your average buffet.
