Beck Martin is an international singer, songwriter, DJ and EDM artist whose career has been defined by music, independence, and an unwavering commitment to creating his own path. Born in Prague, Czech Republic, Beck Martin later moved to the United Kingdom and established his career in London. His work spans music, live performance, digital media, publishing and independent music entrepreneurship.

Martin began releasing music well before his 2016 appearance on The X Factor UK. His early catalogue includes the album I Love My Life, released in 2015, as well as the singles “Friday Night” and “Bad Boy.” His music has continued to evolve through successive releases, collaborations, and EDM productions, with his catalogue now including tracks such as “Monday Morning,” “To the Top,” “Evil Angel,” “Friday Night,” and the new release, “It’s About Friday Night,” created with fellow London DJ and producer DJ Asym.

His 2016 X Factor UK appearance introduced Martin and his original song “Friday Night” to a huge audience and led to the memorable “Mr Friday Night” identity that came to be associated with that performance, and Beck returning to the X Factor stage for the 2016 Finals at Wembley Arena. Today, that initial television chapter is just the spark of a much broader body of work. Martin has continued to develop his career independently, releasing new music, producing visual content, building his own creative and business infrastructure, while maintaining a substantial social-media presence over a decade. His entrepreneurial work includes New World Arts Ltd., the independent company behind his music and other creative projects. Martin has also pursued publishing, releasing ‘Red Evil’ in 2014, and later; ‘Building a Dream’, a book focused on pursuing an ambitious life on one’s own terms. Music, however, remains at the center of Martin’s work.

His latest chapter began with “It’s About Friday Night,” and his collaboration with DJ Asym. The new release reimagines the original “Friday Night” concept through modern electronic production, the addition of soulful female vocals, and an anthemic dance-floor sound that simply stays in your head.

Martin has described the song’s message as extending far beyond Friday itself – a personal philosophy centered on valuing every moment and truly embracing life. The accompanying music video continues that vision, bringing the song’s energy into a contemporary visual format. With an established catalogue, an independent creative operation, and a career that has continued to evolve beyond music and into media and entrepreneurship, Beck Martin is building forward a philosophy worth experiencing: Enjoy every moment, dance, and live each day fully.
