March 6-8 — CoastCon — Biloxi, Mississippi
For more than 47 years, CoastCon has been the largest and longest-running science fiction, fantasy, and gaming convention in Mississippi. Proudly presented by CoastCon, Inc., a non-profit literary organization, this beloved annual event celebrates creativity, community, and the boundless worlds of imagination.
Our ten-member volunteer board works year-round to create events that promote reading, education, fellowship, and appreciation of science fiction, fantasy, and gaming in every form throughout the Southern United States.

March 7 — Cardboard*Con — Atlanta, Georgia
Cardboard*Con is the first and only science fiction / fantasy convention dedicated to the art of cardboard costuming. Encompassing more than 3 Atlanta downtown hotels, Cardboard*Con will has become a tradition among all fun-loving nerds. The SECRET of Cardboard*Con is that there really isn’t a plan – you have to make it fun all by yourself, using your imagination and your manners.

March 7 — Panama City Comics Convention — Panama City, FL
Our 3rd Annual 2026 convention will be bigger and better than ever!! This year we will have over 20,000 square feet of vendors, artists and events.
A few spotlights to mention will be a Cosplay competition, live gaming tournaments, panels, a charity raffle, best photo challenge, blood drive, food trucks, prizes and a full day loaded with family fun.

March 7 — Marietta the Gathering — Marietta, Georgia
Marietta the Gathering is a festival held each March in Glover Park at the Historic Marietta Square celebrating Geek Community, pop culture, and the arts. This family-friendly festival will include the Guild Show, a collection of art makers, merchandisers, crafters, and smiths; Tourney Alley, a street full of board games, video gaming, and open play card gaming tables; as well as several other panels, performances, and contests in and around Glover Park.
