Six years ago, Peak Design re-imagined what a tripod could be. Now we are back, combining years of learnings with our relentless pursuit of meaningful innovation and the added firepower of the world’s most accomplished outdoor storyteller.
This is Peak Design’s 15th Kickstarter. Hell, it is our second this year. Why on earth do we keep coming back? Because crowdfunding keeps Peak Design free of outside investment (Private Equity? No. Venture Capital? No), and because crowdfunding keeps Peak Design closer to you, the customer. Our years of interaction with the Kickstarter community has been the driving force in both our product roadmap and our high standards for product design and customer service. We launch products on Kickstarter because it makes for better products and a better business.
