I WROTE A BOOK!!!! 🥹📘✨ This is a health memoir detailing my whole journey with Tourette’s, FND, chronic illness, growing up undiagnosed autistic, school, bullying & the whole journey of finding and accepting my new identity as a disabled person 💛
My debut book is officially coming on the 13th July in both ebook and paperback! it’ll be available globally in most online stores & is already available to preorder in ebook 😉
This has been 4 years of hard work and it feels surreal that this moment is here. i’ve put my whole soul into this book these past few years & I am so proud for pushing through even when i felt frustrated & struggled to manage health along such a huge project 🙈
This book is my story: childhood, school, bullying, mental health, my Tourette’s journey, being disabled and a wheelchair user, unmasking and my autism diagnosis. it includes advice, lists, anecdotes, funny moments and stories you may relate to 🥺
I hope this can be a reminder to everybody out there struggling that you are not alone 💛 you are never a burden, and there are so many people out there waiting to find people like you
