Welcome to the Crowdsourcing Mornings segment!  Every weekday morning, Geek Alabama talks about and features one crowdsourcing project from crowdsourcing sites such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and others.  The hope with Crowdsourcing Mornings is to feature and help a project be successful and reach its fundraising goal.  Please enjoy today’s featured project!

Hello everyone!

My name is Christine Kammerer. I am a singer and composer originally from Denmark. Currently, I reside in Scotland, where I am about to record my very first album: a fusion between the soundscapes of Nordic and Celtic folk with symphonic and cinematic elements.
As part of the fundraising process, I am reaching out to music lovers for support.

Our symphonic and cinematic arrangements, stemming from my classical and musical theatre background, add a whole new dimension to songs which rings with an echo of ancient times.

These songs will be brought to life by award-winning musicians from Scotland, Denmark, and Norway who will masterfully weave history and modernity, employing a range of traditional and contemporary instruments. Creating a realm of immersive tracks, which carry an echo of history within.

The first goal of £3800 goes towards the recording and release of the album, which includes:
