Crowdsourcing Mornings: Carlo Collodi’s Pinocchio

Advertisements

Welcome to the Crowdsourcing Mornings segment!  Every weekday morning, Geek Alabama talks about and features one crowdsourcing project from crowdsourcing sites such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and others.  The hope with Crowdsourcing Mornings is to feature and help a project be successful and reach its fundraising goal.  Please enjoy today’s featured project!

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at:  https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines

I made this adaptation of the original text of Pinocchio for 6 or 7 years and published it online! Now it’s done and no other publisher wanted to print it! They were too scared by it! So we’re coming to you to show those scaredy-cat publishers that it’s not that bad! It’s fun! To be scared!

Yah, the original tale is a bit dangerous, but you and your child can handle it together! Or you are Of Age and can handle a weird moment where some animals try to hang a puppet! Absurd! A puppet has no throat!

If we make enough on this campaign, we’ll make some bookmarks and a sticker sheet to go with each book and each PHYSICAL order! Why not! They’re fun!

As of October 6th, this project has raised $17,200 of their $7,500 goal. This project has 2 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $15, you will get one PDF book.  For a pledge of $30, you will get one physical book.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kcgreen/carlo-collodis-pinocchio?
