Crowdsourcing Mornings: Re;ACT – The Arts of War

Welcome to the Crowdsourcing Mornings segment!  Every weekday morning, Geek Alabama talks about and features one crowdsourcing project from crowdsourcing sites such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and others.  The hope with Crowdsourcing Mornings is to feature and help a project be successful and reach its fundraising goal.  Please enjoy today’s featured project!

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at:

8 artists, each a master of their craft, have been blessed with inexplicable magic powers: A painter who can recreate holy weapons, a tagger who can teleport between his murals, and a calligrapher whose written words become commands. With different values and ambitions, conflict is inevitable. Take on the role of one of these artists and prove your mastery in Re;ACT – The Arts of War!

Quickly summon Sealbrush spirits to surround and attack your opponent. Splash your ink to manipulate both your own and your opponent’s standees.  A spellcaster with limited mobility but unlimited range.

Glide around the battlefield and leave powerful ripples in your wake, creating magical scales that can damage foes or summon gigantic dancing fish. A highly mobile character that can dart in and out of combat with ease.

Recreate powerful holy relics and transform into a holy angel to rain down judgement on your enemies! The Painter does not have a deck of cards but instead uses dice allocation to fuel her actions.

Spray the board with your magical murals as the Tagger. Your art will empower anyone that graces them, but only you can use them as portals! An intent heavy character that rewards going all in at the proper time.

Control an army of your little clay buddies until they are no longer needed. Combine your buddies to create even bigger and cuter buddies to crush your foes! A tactical character about deploying your buddies to surround your foes.

As of December 1st, this project has raised $81,000 of their $20,000 goal.  This project has 26 days left to raise as much as it can.  For a pledge of $8, you will get project updates.  For a pledge of $59, you will get one game.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to:
