Sono Con is Alabama’s Premier Fan Convention celebrating ALL THINGS GEEK for TWO FULL DAYS in our lovely state capital of Montgomery, Alabama! We are Montgomery’s First and Only Locally-Organized and Community-Focused Geek Event and are excited to be embarking on THIRD YEAR after transitioning from 2 AWESOME YEARS under our former name, Gump City Con! We have something for EVERYONE at Sono Con and we know you’ll always have a geeky good time right here with us!

Stranger Things continues to be a must-see series on Netflix, with compelling characters, intriguing mysteries and a truly creepy, other dimensional universe filled with all kinds of mayhem and monsters. The show has also made huge stars out of its young cast, including Millie Bobby Brown as the enigmatic Eleven, Noah Schnapp as the sweet Will Byers, and Caleb McLaughlin as the stalwart Lucas Sinclair.
We can’t wait to bring Millie, Noah, Caleb and other guests to Stranger Con in Atlanta. This will be our only convention in the Southeastern region, so you don’t want to miss the chance to check out everything Atlanta has to offer while you spend a fantastic two-day weekend celebrating Stranger Things and the talented stars who make the show so great!
