The first of two events on Halloween 2015 was Neewollah on Noble 2015. The crowds were good, but I felt somewhat disappointed. Because many of the scheduled events never happened, and the costume contest was very disorganized! I spent much of my time instead watching the Ole Miss vs. Auburn game from a TV at the beer garden, that did not see much sales. To sum things up, Anniston must get its act together when it comes to running and promoting events!
