Yes, Santa’s Workshop has the elves who build the toys, but the workshop also has elves whose only job is to design the toys. Santa’s Workshop has plenty of fancy computers and equipment to design the perfect toy for that boy or girl. Kids would not to have ugly toys for Christmas!
