On February 5th, Raj Kashyap and his girlfriend was leaving The Donoho School in Anniston and was heading towards Starbucks in Oxford. Soon after leaving the school, a Anniston City Police officer pulls over the car and claims the girl was not wearing her seatbelt (she was), then when she was about to get a ticket, she turns over the paper to find out it was a invitation to the senior prom.
