I watched a video from the YouTube channel Gone to the Snow Dogs. These folks made homemade dog treats from chicken.
Many dog treats have been getting recalled from the government because it is unsafe. So after the peanut butter dog treats that my mom’s dog enjoyed. I am sure the dog will enjoy these treats! The recipe is very simple.
Take two chicken breast (not these they were my dinner) and thinly slice off pieces and line them up on a baking sheet.
Bake them in a 200 degree oven for 2-5 hours. Check them each hour. Take them out when the chicken is cooked all the way through and are rubbery and hard.
Let cool then enjoy giving them to your dogs. I am sure my mom’s dog will enjoy these when I visit for Easter weekend. (and she did!)
