Pancakes or waffles? Neither is good without maple syrup. Today Nick DiGiovanni had the fortune of learning the process on my own in Vermont – regarded alongside parts of Canada as a maple syrup capital of the world. After this video, I have enough maple syrup to last a lifetime.
