Senator Tammy Duckworth breaks down the barriers that prevent more than 50% of disabled people from getting jobs and discusses why disabled employees deserve to be paid as much as non-disabled workers with the same jobs. As someone who has gone through this before, I am glad to see this change, those with disabilities deserve to be paid fairly!
