Join a charming cast of feelings-filled creatures on a journey through SO many ways to feel. Written for kids, but helpful for anyone with feelings, The ABCs of Feelings will give its readers words to use to explain how they feel, tools for accepting those feelings, and encouragement to express those feelings in healthy ways.
This book is a perfect gift for new parents, old parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, tios, tias, and anyone with a small person in their life who loves bright pictures and silly creatures.
The book will be hardcover, about 9×9 inches, 32 pages long, and will feature an alphabet of feelings, each letter represented by a creature, lovingly brought to life in watercolor and pen by author/illustrator nina chilen. The creatures will give you a brief description of how the feeling shows up in the body, or how they feel about having that feeling, or simply that they are accepting the feeling, whether they feel good or bad.
As of August 18th, this project has raised $6,000 of their $3,500 goal. This project has 29 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $25, you will get one book.
