Crowdsourcing Mornings: The Garden Path – A Hand-Illustrated Slice-Of-Life Sim Game

This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at:  https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines

The Garden Path is a slice-of-life sim coming to PC (and more platforms if all goes well!) about the joy of gardening, and the small pleasures that follow. Whether you’re fishing, growing, trading or just hanging with new friends, a wonderful and wistful adventure awaits when wandering The Garden Path.

The Garden Path is a life sim that celebrates the tranquil and the pensive, the quiet moments of a life well lived, where your garden will grow to reflect both the passing of time and your own design. Time here runs in concert with the real world, and the passing of seasons heralds new encounters and a new story to weave.

Designed to be played as and when you wish, The Garden Path features a wealth of stories, activities, and distractions to be experienced at your own pace. Don’t have time to watch your flowers grow? Come back tomorrow: time in the garden passes alongside the real world, and you’ll find plants you nurtured one day may bloom the next.

With a unique hand-drawn aesthetic, The Garden Path’s stunning visual design embraces you from the start, inviting you in and welcoming you to stay. Combined with unique soundtracks for both day and night, it won’t be long before you’re lost in the flow.

As of August 17th, this project has raised $31,000 of their $27,630 goal. This project has 3 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $21, you will get digital access to the game.  For a pledge of $28, you will get game and soundtrack access.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/fromcarrotcake/the-garden-path-a-hand-illustrated-slice-of-life-sim-game?
