File this as another stupid and horrible thing the Alabama Legislature is considering. Vice News went to Alabama to profile a new bill from the legislature that would discriminate from LGBTQ kids and teens. Alabama is close to passing a bill that would criminalize medical treatment for trans youth, and advocates say the consequences could be devastating. SB10 would make it a felony for doctors to prescribe hormones or drugs that delay puberty to minors. VICE News went to Birmingham to hear from trans teens and a doctor fighting the bill.
