Crowdsourcing Mornings: 1930’s Spy Sit-com

This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at: https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines

We are preparing to shoot eight, thirty minute episodes of a sit-com for grownup audiences who are tired of wading through the inappropriate rubbish on screen today. We’ve rented space from Theatre Huntsville in Lowe Mill, assembled a brilliant cast, begun designing the sets, and our shooting dates are January 23rd-31st, 2021 in Huntsville, AL.

The series is set in 1937 Baltimore, when Agent Isaac and his family are forced to move in with his widowed brother Oliver, who is a spy for another agency. The two try to juggle a Shakespeare-obsessed daughter, kooky relationships, a sophisticated butler, and a rich hillbilly from Oklahoma while striving to keep their sibling rivalry from imploding their missions.

As of January 19th, this project has raised $6,000 of their $12,000 goal. This project has 1 day left to raise the $12,000 goal or it will not be funded.  For a pledge of $6, you will get a theme song digital download.  For a pledge of $25, you will get early access episode access.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1989949136/1930s-spy-sit-com?
