A Year in an Off-Grid Kitchen is a cookbook that shows you how to learn the essential kitchen skills that helped our ancestors to thrive in harsh times.

A Year in an Off-Grid Kitchen follows the seasons, so that you can learn one skill at a time while also finding recipe inspiration in seasonal local recipes that are designed to be cooked in everyday homestead life.

When the the panic buying, empty shelves, and restrictive rations hit earlier this year, it was not a problem for my family, because we knew these skills, and knew how to feed ourselves without the supermarket system. With the help of this book, you can learn these skills too.

As of December 2nd, this project has raised $16,000 of their $3,160 goal. This project has 11 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $1, you will get e-books.  For a pledge of $28, you will get one paperback book.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/706848724/real-food-cookbook-a-year-in-an-off-grid-kitchen?
