Come Eat Breakfast At The 2020 Anniston Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast

Advertisements

Each year, the Anniston Kiwanis hosts a major pancake breakfast raising money for kids who need new clothes and shoes. Kiwanis works with the local Department of Human Resources to help needy kids with supplies. Anniston Kiwanis is wanting to raise around $60,000 to help 150 kids or more who need help. Any money left over after helping children will go to other charity organizations in the local area.

On Saturday March, 7th from 6 am to 1 pm, you can get a plate of pancakes and sausage along with a drink. The event takes place at the Anniston City Meeting Center and tickets at the door are $6 per plate or $5 per plate if purchased ahead of the event. More than 100 people will be volunteering their time to get supplies, cook the sausage and pancakes, serving drinks, and helping to make sure the event runs smoothly.

I’ll be there as usual taking plenty of pictures and video!  Come on out!  And below you can view pictures from Kiwanis members setting up the day before the big event!
