In 2017, my brother Tim and I came up with the idea behind the Heritage Periodic Table. We wanted to embed as many elements as we could in a single block of Lucite acrylic. After researching, designing, and experimenting for a long time, we finally launched the periodic table in 2018. The response was overwhelming.

In early 2019, not even a year after completing our Kickstarter project, the Heritage Periodic Table idea was taken by countless Chinese knock-offs and scam websites. These websites stole our photos, video, and text and perpetuated many scams using our intellectual property and brand name. We have worked hard to get the scam websites removed. Fortunately, we have also out-competed all of the knock-offs by producing the highest quality periodic table on the market. We also filed for a patent last year and expect to hear back in the coming months from the USPTO.

In an effort to always stay ahead of the competition, Tim and I have developed the next step in the Heritage Periodic Table evolution: The Collector’s Edition.

The Heritage Periodic Table: Collector’s Edition is the next version of our acrylic periodic tables. This is the most complete and most stunning periodic table collection on the market today. Below is a list of improvements found in the Collector’s Edition:

  • Pure alkali metals in micro glass ampules
  • All gaseous elements in glass ampules
  • Native gold nuggets
  • Native gray diamonds for the carbon sample
  • Native copper nuggets
  • Native sulfur crystals
  • Ferrous meteorite for the iron sample
  • Halogens in glass ampules (Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine)
  • Pure mercury metal in glass ampules
  • Pure europium metal in glass ampules
  • Antique radium watch hands embedded for the radium sample
  • Overall larger element samples

As of February 10th, this project has raised $28,000 of their $10,000 goal. This project has 12 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $239, you will get one collector’s edition.  For a pledge of $460, you will get two collector’s editions.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/36969846/heritage-periodic-table-collectors-edition?
