This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Raised in New Orleans, a progeny of immigrant farmers, humble grocers, and determined hot sauce makers, I took a bite into Big Apple dreams. I’ve developed an exquisite product line of show-stopping hot sauces — blending my Louisiana roots with fiery flavors from the New York City neighborhoods I now call home.
This is a pre-order campaign to start the first run of product inventory. I’ve completed R&D with a highly reputable copacker and using Kickstarter to raise additional start-up capital needed to manufacture the first four Bayou Gotham® Hot Sauces — a celebration of Louisiana heritage.
As of January 22nd, this project has raised $24,000 of their $25,000 goal. This project has 20 days left to raise the $25,000 or it will not be funded. For a pledge of $10, you will get a recipe guide. For a pledge of $25, you will get two sauces.
