Crowdsourcing Mornings: Uplift 2.0 | Unwinding Spiral Sculpture To Soothe The Soul

This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at: https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines

Uplift 2.0 creates a mesmerising, never-ending spiral that inspires you to unwind, as it gracefully turns the sun’s power into a hypnotic flowing motion.  The limited edition spiral is made from an industrially purified stream of waste fishing nets, sourced from the Hake Fisheries in Cornwall, England.

Uplift 2.0 loves a sunny window sill but still works well under an overcast sky. It responds sutbtley to varations in the sun’s power and it’s speed is tethered at a relaxing 40 revolutions per minute.  The spiral can turn freely in either direction – so we like this simple philosophy.

You can of course choose which way it turns by interacting with the spiral using the magnetic wand provided.  Designed to last a lifetime and made from responsibly sourced materials, including waste fishing nets which we use to re-manufacture the spiral. Each unit is hand assembled in the UK.

As of November 26th, this project has raised $12,000 of their $32,238 goal. This project has 35 days left to raise the $32,238 goal or it will not be funded. For a pledge of $13, you will get one flipbook.  For a pledge of $257, you will get one Uplift 2.0.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/millionmilelight/uplift-20-unwinding-spiral-sculpture-to-soothe-the-soul?
