With the amazing amount of plastic waste generated by humans on Earth, innovations are being developed to use some of the plastic waste.  And one innovation, plastic roads!  CBS This Morning takes a look at plastic roads being used in Scotland.  A Scottish firm. MacRebur, has invented a way to recycle plastic waste into road pavement, replacing some of the oil-based bitumen, or asphalt, that holds regular roadways together. Roxana Saberi reports.
