The rain left the area in plenty of time, but it was very cold and windy.  Despite this, that did not stop a lot of people from coming out and trick-or-treating during Halloween at Glenwood Terrace 2019.  Below, you will find video of the headless horseman, which was a big hit with the kids, and a lot of pictures from kids and adults dressed in Halloween costumes.  Enjoy below!
