Hannah Brown – The Bachelorette
Roll Tide y’all! This woman from Tuscaloosa will be soon attempting to find her mate on national television. During The Bachelor finale, it was announced that Hannah Brown was the next Bachelorette. Yep, can this southern gal find her love partner? We’ll find out beginning this May on ABC!
Kelsey Clark – Top Chef
Dothan chef Kelsey Barnard Clark went onto the latest season of Top Chef, and won it! She wowed the judges and made it through the competition in Kentucky. She won a sweet prize package that includes: $125,000 furnished by S.Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water; a feature in FOOD & WINE magazine and an appearance at the annual FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen; a $50,000 prizing package from Williams Sonoma; and a headlining slot on the Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage at BottleRock in Napa Valley.

Walker Burroughs – American Idol
Alabama and American Idol goes together like peanut butter and jelly. People from Alabama have seen tremendous success on American Idol, and once again we have someone from Alabama on American Idol. Walker Burroughs sang “Love Like This”, then he sang “Hello.” And the judges loved it! We’ll see how far Walker gets this season!
Dexter Roberts – The Voice
If American Idol does not work, try The Voice instead. Singer Dexter Roberts, who was on American Idol, is now on The Voice. Dexter got all four judges to turn their chairs, and let’s hope he will go far!
Love & Marriage: Huntsville – Oprah Winfrey Network
Yep, we had several people from Huntsville featured on this show that just wrapped its first season. In Love & Marriage: Huntsville, the show centers around the lives of three high-powered African-American couples who come together to help the thriving city of Huntsville, Alabama, continue to grow through their joint real estate venture, the Comeback Group.
