This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.
Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at: https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines/
Campaign for President is a lighthearted card game for ages 8 and up and designed to play with 3-6 players in around 30 minutes. Each player is a candidate for the American presidency, battling one another for voters. The candidate with the most voters on Election Day is the winner.
Candidates strive to Rally support attracting new voters each turn, while avoiding having their support in Waver which causes a player to lose voters.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE BASE GAME:
- 60 Voter punch-out tokens
- 76 Campaign cards
- 2 six-sided dice
- 6 Rallying/Wavering status punch-out tokens
- 6 Voter Booth Screens (art pending)
- Zip bags to keep things organized
- And, of course, the box and rules
As of March 4th, this project has raised $8,000 of their $5,280 goal. This project has 16 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $10, you will get a PDF version of the game. For a pledge of $27, you will get one copy of the game. To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/doublecritical/campaign-for-president?
