This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.
In 2016, David Cameron announced the beginning of a public spectacle, full of grand (and false) promises, badly-painted buses, and lots of shouting. After all that noise, we voted… With Brexit: The Board Game of Second Chances™, we invite you to relive that historic referendum. But this time, you’re in control.
Brexit: The Board Game of Second Chances™ is a dice-rolling, press-your-luck game of strategy and sabotage for 2-4 players. It’s simple enough to play with non-gamer adults, children, and the intoxicated — but also allows for strategy to draw in more experienced board game geeks (so… that’s definitely us and our friends).
The game includes actual facts relating to the Referendum (that neither campaign seemed to know or use at the time…) as well as light-hearted satire and engaging art. This is the absolute must-have game to make all this political mayhem fun again!
As of November 20th, this project has raised $4,800 of their $12,987 goal. This project has 23 days left to raise the $12,987 or it will not be funded. For a pledge of $10, you will get to print and play the game. For a pledge of $25, you will get one physical copy of the game.
