Bread expert Jim Lahey of Sullivan Street Bakery breaks down white bread, whole wheat bread, rye bread, sourdough bread, and focaccia bread. For each type, Jim analyzes, smells, and taste tests before guessing which bread costs more. Once the prices are revealed, he explains why. Enjoy below!
