Crowdsourcing Mornings: Crua Koala | The Hammock You’ll Want to Stay in Forever

This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Active people have taken things too far – First, it was light aerobics, and we were ok with it. Some movement is healthy after all.  But one day we woke up and everybody was doing interval TRX training on the way to their standing meetings. The world got itself in a big hurry.  But not us. We keep it cool and calm around here. People kept asking us how we avoid the anxiety traps. “Just relax” we’d say. “Is that an app?” They’d ask.  To get people to relax, we realized we’d have to come up with the most comfortable thing ever.

A hammock that challenges everything you thought you knew about comfort. By the creators of your favorite outdoor Kickstarters.  With the help of a world-class team of relaxers, they broke comfort down to a science.  They took awesome fabrics and high-quality durable pieces and designed an incredibly high quality, versatile-but-still-lightweight package.  Then they added a bunch of pockets and add-ons so you’d never have to get up.  The Koala Hammock Quilt is soft on one side and rugged and waterproof on the other, perfect for staying snug in the hammock and then putting it down for a post-nap picnic.

As of May 4th, this project has raised $140,000 of their $20,000 goal. This project has 48 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $79, you will get one Koala basic kit.  For a pledge of $119, you will get one Koala Summer kit.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to:  https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/thermotents/crua-koala-the-hammock-youll-want-to-stay-in-forev
